HstSiteMenuItem	The HstSiteMenuItem's is a tree of HstSiteMenuItem.
HstSiteMenus	Implementation of this interface is the container of all the HstSiteMenus that are needed to build site menus.
HstSiteMenusManager	Implementations will be responsible for the creation of context sensitive sitemenu's.
